Large cream/white Osmena pearl (cut and polished nautilus shell), set in an amazing hand fabricated design in sterling silver adorned with pink moisonite, white moisonite, and tanzanites with a stunning Victorian floral details.

• 1ct Cherry blossom pink moisonite
• .53ct white moisonite
• .22ct lavender tanzanite

Includes a stainless steel chain in either 18",  20",  22" and 24 inch.
